QIGONG FOR HEALING: WEEKLY LIVE ONLINE SESSIONS (60 minutes) Explore Qigong, an ancient practice deeply rooted in Chinese culture for over 4,000 years, recognized for its transformative impact on health and wellness. This time-honored tradition combines movement, breathwork, and meditation to enhance the circulation of "Qi" (life force energy). What is Spring Forest Qigong? Spring Forest Qigong (SFQ), created by Master Chunyi Lin, who trained with a number of different Qigong Masters has distilled the practice to a simplified but highly impactful form of Qigong focused on healing. It's recognized for reducing stress and anxiety, improving cardiovascular, respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic, and digestive functions, and promoting overall health and vitality. Spring Forest Qigong is focused on removing energy blockages in the body and restoring balance. This form of Qigong incorporates gentle exercises accessible to people of all ages and physical abilities. No prior experience is needed to begin this journey. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact Su ( at least 24 hours in advance of your service/class to qualify for a full refund. (original processing fee not included) Monthly Subscription Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time and you can re-start the program at any time. When you cancel, you will be able to attend all remaining sessions in your current billing period. At the end of the billing period your access will be revoked and you will no longer receive email reminders. No partial refunds are given for cancellations during a month.
