Awaken Your Senses: A Journey into Qigong and Reiki for Healing Thursday, November 2 @ 7:30 pm - 9 pm Immerse yourself in a transformative journey that awakens the five senses, including the elusive sixth sense. Harness tools for self-care, intuition, and daily practices to maintain balance, personal growth, and healing. In this 90-minute session, you will explore the world of energy healing practices and tools, including Spring Forest Qigong, Sound Healing, and Reiki. Each modality will guide you towards a deeper connection with your inner and outer world, fostering holistic healing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. What to Expect: - Intention setting - Heart opening tea ceremony - Qigong movement practice using breath, movement, emotions, and visualization for holistic healing - Reiki drumming to harmonize energy - Immersive sound healing to release energy blockages and balance chakras Mini reiki session using light touch* and high grade essential oils for each participant Paper and pens will be provided however, you may bring your own journal with you. Please wear comfortable clothing. *Please note, you will have the option for hands-on reiki and/or usage of essential oils. (original processing fee not included) Monthly Subscription Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time and you can re-start the program at any time. When you cancel, you will be able to attend all remaining sessions in your current billing period. At the end of the billing period your access will be revoked and you will no longer receive email reminders. No partial refunds are given for cancellations during a month.
