About The Event

Qigong for Healing: Weekly Live Online Sessions (60 minutes)

Experience the time-honoured practice of Qigong, deeply rooted in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, as you focus on cultivating and balancing "Qi" aka "life energy" from the comfort of your own home. Spring Forest Qigong offers a simplified approach to achieving balance, breath control, and healing-focused movement, enhancing strength, fluidity, and energy activation. (No prior experience is needed) 

What to Expect During a Qigong Practice Group Session

  • Movement Practice: Engage in gentle movements designed that improve health and enhance your body's natural ability to heal.
  • Health Tips: Learn Qigong exercises targeting specific health concerns and issues.
